• Collaborate with Dev, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to troubleshoot performance issues.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Performance Testing Engineer with 5+ years of hands‑on experience in performance testing, load testing, and performance engineering. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in LoadRunner and Apache JMeter and be capable of designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests for enterprise‑scale applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner and JMeter.
• Analyze application performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend performance tuning solutions.
• Develop workload models and execute Load, Stress, Endurance, Spike, and Volume tests.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to troubleshoot performance issues.
• Monitor application and server performance using various monitoring tools.
• Prepare detailed performance test plans, execution reports, and performance assessment documents.
• Participate in performance requirements gathering and capacity planning activities.
• Validate system scalability, reliability, and stability under varying load conditions.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations for performance optimization.
• Support CI/CD integration of performance testing processes.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong hands‑on experience in LoadRunner.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Apache JMeter.
• Experience in Performance Testing, Load Testing, Stress Testing, Endurance Testing, and Volume Testing.
