Job summary

MetaforgeIT solutions is seeking a Performance Test Manager/Performance Engineering Lead in Pune for hybrid work. You will guide enterprise-scale performance initiatives across telecom and digital platforms, shaping strategy, governance, capacity planning, risk mitigation, and successful delivery.

You will lead testing across applications, databases and infra, validate NFRs/SLAs, and report to executives while mentoring teams and building capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
