Job summary

Coforge in Pune is seeking a Senior Performance Test Engineer to join our QA team. The candidate will lead performance testing initiatives, design test scripts, monitor systems and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.

Key experience includes JMeter/BlazeMeter/LoadRunner, Groovy scripting, Dynatrace/ELK/Splunk, and a strong grasp of workload modeling and test planning. 5-7 years' experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant performance testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform/lead performance testing efforts across applications.
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts and scenarios.
• Monitor system performance and analyze bottlenecks to optimize.
• Integrate performance tests with CI/CD pipelines and security tools.
• Communicate findings to clients and triage defects.
