Job summary

LTM is hiring for a performance testing role in Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai. The candidate will perform QA load testing, design performance scripts, and run tests using LoadRunner and JMeter. Experience with CI/CD tools, Selenium WebDriver, and API testing is expected, with strong communication skills and agile experience.

Location opportunities include Pune and other major cities. Immediate to 15 days joiner preferred. 4-5 years of relevant experience required.

Qualifications

• Experience in load testing across multiple environments.
• Ability to design performance scenarios and scripts.
• Experience in Agile methodologies such as SCRUM and end-to-end knowledge of Agile processes.
• Experience with QA automation and manual testing as needed.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• QA load testing.
• Use LoadRunner for load testing.
• Design performance scenario scripts and run tests with agreed workload.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow SCRUM processes.
• Carry out functional, regression, and system testing alongside performance tests.
• Prepare reports post performance runs and report SLA misses to Dev team.

Exp- 4-5 Years

Location- Pune ,Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai

skills- Load Runner, Jmeter, Blazemeter -Performance Testing, Performance Monitoring- Cloud Native (Aws Cloud Watch, Azure Cloud Monitor)

Role & responsibilities

• QA Load testing
• Experience of load runner for load testing
• Experience in Design performance scenarios scripts run performance test with agreed workload
• Experience in Agile methodologies such as SCRUM and end to end knowledge on Agile processes key meetings held etc
• Experience with all phases of software testing including Test Planning Functional and Regression testing and System testing
• Prepare report post performance run report any SLA misses to Dev team and or open issues in JIRA
• Experience in BDD framework using Cucumber
• Experienced in writing test scripts using BDD framework maintaining and automating the scenarios using Java and Selenium WebDriver
• Experience with CI CD tools such as Jenkins
• Good knowledge on BitBucket GitHub
• Good Knowledge on API automation
• Candidate should have knowledge to develop QA automation framework
• Experience in SQL queries
• Good to have experience in Web Service Testing using Postman
• Excellent Communication skills Oral and Written
• Experience in Automation testing with good hands on experience in carrying out manual testing as well writing manual test cases execution defect reporting JIRA Tool
