Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of software testing experience with focus on performance testing.
• Hands-on with Apache JMeter and LoadRunner for performance, load, and stress tests.
• Strong understanding of workload modeling, bottleneck analysis and capacity planning.
• Experience designing and executing performance tests using JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, and web/app architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps or GitLab CI.
• Strong Agile experience and SDLC/STLC knowledge.
• Experience monitoring system performance with tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana or Splunk.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA and Azure Boards.
