Job summary

Kumaran Systems is seeking a Performance Tester to design, implement, and run performance tests across web, mobile, and API applications. The role emphasizes JMeter and NeoLoad expertise along with strong API performance testing and experience in CI/CD integration.

The candidate will collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to identify bottlenecks, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance in cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on performance testing experience.
• Strong expertise in Apache JMeter and NeoLoad.
• Experience in API performance testing (REST/SOAP).
• Knowledge of workload modeling and test scenario design.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Grafana, Splunk, or Prometheus.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database performance analysis.
• Understanding of web technologies, application architecture, and cloud environments.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform Load, Stress, Endurance, Spike, and Scalability Testing for web, mobile, and API applications.
• Analyze performance test results and identify system bottlenecks.
• Monitor application, server, database, and network metrics during test execution.

• Prepare detailed performance test reports with findings and recommendations.
• Integrate performance testing activities into CI/CD pipelines.
• Estimate performance testing effort and provide test planning inputs.

Job Title: Performance Tester (JMeter & NeoLoad)

4-6 Years

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant performance testing certifications are an added advantage.
