Job summary

Hirexa Solutions is seeking a Performance Test Engineer to drive load, stress, and endurance testing using LoadRunner and Performance Center. The role focuses on configuring VuGen scripts, controllers, and analysis to identify bottlenecks and optimize performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will analyze response times, throughput, and SLA targets, while leveraging AppDynamics, Dynatrace, and Splunk to monitor systems. Strong collaboration with development teams is expected in Pune, India.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in LoadRunner & Performance Center.
• Strong knowledge of Performance Testing, Load Testing, Stress Testing, and Endurance Testing.
• Experience in VuGen, Controller, and Analysis.
• Knowledge of Correlation, Parameterization, Pacing, Think Time, Transactions, and Rendezvous.
• Experience in analyzing Response Time, TPS, Throughput, Percentiles, and SLA.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics/Dynatrace/Splunk.
• Good understanding of CPU, Memory, Network, JVM, and Database monitoring.
• Experience in NFR gathering, workload modeling, VUser calculation, and bottleneck analysis.
• Strong knowledge of LoadRunner functions such as web_add_header, web_add_auto_header, web_custom_request, and web_submit_data.
