The ideal candidate is passionate about performance, scalability, and reliability, and has a solid foundation in performance engineering, monitoring tools, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance/load tests using tools like JMeter, K6, or similar.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and work with development teams to resolve issues.
• Use APM tools (e.g., Datadog, Dynatrace) to monitor and analyze application performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define performance benchmarks and SLAs.
• Perform log analysis using tools like Kibana or Elasticsearch.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.
• Understand and support testing in cloud-based environments (AWS) and Kubernetes (K8s) deployments.
