Job summary

Cloudxtreme is seeking a senior performance engineering specialist in India to design and execute complex load, stress, and scalability tests. You will leverage LoadRunner and K6 for multi-protocol testing, work with Dynatrace and PerfMon for monitoring, and collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality software releases.

Applicants should have 10+ years of experience in performance testing, strong scripting skills, and familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).

• 10+ years of hands-on load/stress/latency testing design and execution.

Job description

Required:

• Well versed in written and oral communication.
• A bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline. An advanced degree (e.g., MS) is preferred but not required.
• 10+ years of experience in performance engineering, performance automation, and scripting/coding to design and conduct the following tests: load, stress, scalability, endurance, spike, volume, capacity, and latency, including test data management.
• Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner and K6 is required. JMeter and/or Gatling is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, PerfMon, and Cloud Monitoring services is required.
• Experience with cloud hyper-scalers like Azure, AWS, and GCP is required.
• Strong understanding of methodologies and tools such as XP, Lean, SAFe, DevSecOps, ADO, GitHub, SonarQube, etc. to deliver high quality products rapidly.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to handle diverse situations, complex projects, and changing priorities, behaving with passion, empathy, and care.

Good to have:

• Experience working with Advanced Monitoring, Cloud (AWS/Azure),Profiling Tools.
