Job summary

Ruhe is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to drive paid campaigns across major platforms and scale online growth. You will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, while monitoring ROAS, CPA, and conversion metrics.

You will collaborate with content, design, SEO, social, and sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns and actionable insights. 5+ years of hands-on e-commerce/d2c experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to derive actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across google ads, meta-ads, LinkedIn ads, and other platforms.
• Monitor ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and CAC; optimize accordingly.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and market research.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, audiences, and strategies.
• Collaborate with content, design, SEO, social media, and sales teams for integrated campaigns.
• Manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI and cost efficiency.
• Track performance using GA4, GTM, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Support website performance initiatives with tracking and conversion optimization.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist who is passionate about digital marketing and performance-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across google ads, meta-ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn ads, and other relevant digital platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics including roas, cpa, cpl, ctr, conversion rate, and cac.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and market research to maximize campaign performance
• Perform a/b testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with the content, design, seo, social media, and sales teams to ensure integrated marketing campaigns.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Track campaign performance using google analytics (ga4), google tag manager (gtm), meta business suite, and other analytics tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Support website performance initiatives and work with development teams for tracking implementation and conversion optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, digital marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in an e-commerce, d2c, or digital agency.

Strong Knowledge Of

• Google ads
• Meta-ads manager
• LinkedIn Ads
• Google analytics (ga4)
• Google search console
• Experience with shopify or other e-commerce platforms will be an added advantage
• Good understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, utm parameters, and attribution models
• Basic knowledge of seo and content marketing
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Google ads and meta blueprint certifications are a plus
• Experience with marketing automation or crm tools is an added advantage
• Knowledge of excel, looker studio, or other reporting and visualization tools.
