Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Support App Campaigns focused on installs and in-app actions.
• Assist with Website campaigns focused on leads, conversions and sales.
• Monitor daily campaign performance across Google and Meta.
• Track and analyze CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, CVR and ROAS.
• Assist in optimizing campaigns to improve performance.
• Monitor campaign budgets and spending.
• Prepare daily/weekly campaign performance reports.
• Identify basic campaign performance issues and assist in troubleshooting.
• Research new Google Ads and Meta Ads trends and strategies.
• Work with senior team members to understand planning, optimization and scaling.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills

• Google Ads: Basic knowledge of Search, Display, Video, Performance Max and App Campaigns.
• Meta Ads: Basic knowledge of Facebook & Instagram Ads, campaign objectives, audiences, creatives and basic campaign optimization.
• Basic understanding of App Campaigns, app installs and in-app actions.
• Basic understanding of Website Conversion Campaigns and landing pages.
• Understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, CVR and ROAS.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM) and conversion tracking is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of Firebase / AppsFlyer / Adjust is an advantage.
• Interest in creative testing and A/B testing.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
