About The Crafture

The Crafture is a bespoke furniture studio based in Gurugram, creating handcrafted, made-to-order furniture for homes and hospitality spaces. With our own manufacturing setup, we work with homeowners, architects and interior designers to bring customised furniture designs to life.

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to manage Meta and Google Ads in-house, generate qualified enquiries and turn advertising spend into measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently plan, launch, manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Run Meta lead generation, click-to-WhatsApp, retargeting and conversion campaigns.
• Manage Google Search campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy, bidding, search-term analysis and negative keywords.
• Test additional campaign formats where relevant to business goals.
• Generate qualified leads for bespoke furniture and full-home furniture projects.
• Manage budgets and allocate spend based on lead quality, conversion performance and revenue contribution.
• Test audiences, creatives, messaging, offers and landing pages to improve results.
• Work with the creative team to develop briefs for image ads, videos and persuasive ad copy.
• Set up, validate and troubleshoot tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
• Track website enquiries, WhatsApp enquiries, calls and lead forms, clearly distinguishing clicks from actual leads.
• Coordinate with the sales team to understand lead quality, factory visits, quotations and closed orders.
• Connect campaign reporting with CRM outcomes to improve targeting and optimisation.
• Share clear weekly and monthly reports covering spend, qualified leads, acquisition costs and sales outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 25 years of hands-on experience managing both Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Proven experience generating leads and improving campaign performance.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, keyword intent, bidding, remarketing and conversion tracking.
• Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversions API implementation.
• Ability to analyse campaign data and explain what should change and why.
• Strong ad copywriting skills and an eye for effective creative.
• Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
• Ability to own campaigns from setup through optimisation and reporting.

Good to Have

• Experience with furniture, interiors, home dcor, luxury products or other high-value purchases.
• Experience with Shopify, Zoho CRM and WhatsApp lead funnels.
• Understanding of offline conversion tracking and CRM-based attribution.
• Experience targeting homeowners, architects and interior designers.
