We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer with 4-6 years of hands-on agency
experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple industries
and budget scales.
This is not a role for someone who sets up campaigns and waits for results. The Senior
Performance Marketer is expected to own campaign outcomes, drive lead quality,
manage budgets strategically, and bring proactive optimization thinking to every account
they handle.
You will work closely with the Pod Manager and Account Managers and will be the
performance authority within the pod.
At this level, you are expected to mentor junior performance marketers, contribute to
campaign strategy, and have direct conversations with clients on performance when
needed.
Prior Digital Marketing Agency experience is mandatory for this role.
Candidates without hands-on experience working in a digital marketing agency
environment will not be considered.

1. Campaign Strategy and Execution
Plan, build, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end
across multiple client accounts.
Gen, Meta Feed, Reels, and Stories.
Own campaign architecture including structure, targeting, bidding strategy, ad
copy, and budget allocation.
Develop campaign strategies aligned with client business goals and not just
Conduct deep keyword research, audience building, competitor analysis, and
market sizing before going live.
Recommend campaign types and budget splits based on funnel stage and client
objective.
2. Performance Ownership and Optimization
Own CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate, and lead quality metrics for all assigned
accounts.
Proactively identify underperforming elements and optimize without waiting to be
asked.
Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and ad formats.
Monitor campaigns daily and make real-time adjustments to protect budget and
performance.
Know when a campaign needs a tweak and when it needs a complete strategic
3. Budget and Spend Management
Manage monthly ad spends ranging from small accounts to large multi-lakh
budgets.
Allocate budgets across campaigns, platforms, and ad sets based on
Pace spending efficiently throughout the month without over-spend or
under-delivery.
Flag budget risks, anomalies, and opportunities to the Pod Manager proactively.
Maintain a clear spend vs performance log for each account at all times.
4. Reporting and Client Communication
Prepare accurate, insightful, and well-presented performance reports for each
account.
Go beyond numbers in reports. Explain what happened, why it happened, and
what comes next.
Present performance updates to clients independently or alongside the Account
Manager.
Translate complex campaign data into clear business language that clients
Respond to client performance queries with confidence and data.
5. Lead Generation and Funnel Strategy
Understand the full lead generation funnel from ad click to qualified lead to
conversion.
Work with Account Managers and the Pod Manager on landing page
recommendations, form optimization, and funnel improvements.
Track and improve lead quality, not just lead volume.
Coordinate with creative teams on ad creatives that are built to convert, not just

6. Tools, Tracking, and Tech
Set up and manage Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and conversion
tracking across accounts.
Use platform tools including Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Search Ads
360, and third-party reporting tools.
Identify tracking gaps and fix them before they impact reporting or optimization
decisions.
Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and new ad formats and
implement them where relevant.
Leverage AI tools for campaign ideation, copy generation, audience research,
and performance analysis.
7. Mentorship and Team Contribution
Guide and review the work of junior performance marketers within the pod.
Share best practices, optimization frameworks, and campaign learnings with the
team.
Contribute to agency-level performance marketing SOPs and processes.
Participate in new business pitches and proposal building when required.

4-6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in a digital marketing
agency.
Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads including Search, Display, Performance
Max, and YouTube.
Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads including Feed, Reels, Stories, and Lead
Strong understanding of CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion tracking, and funnel
optimization.
Experience managing campaigns across multiple industries and monthly budgets
at scale.
Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Meta Ads Manager.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Good English communication skills for client-facing reporting and calls.
Experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity for
campaign support.
Google Ads Certification and Meta Blueprint Certification preferred.
Agency experience is mandatory.
Has independently managed monthly budgets of ₹5 Lakhs and above
