The ideal candidate has 2+ years in performance marketing, expertise in Meta and Google Ads, and hands-on Shopify knowledge, plus GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
• Mandatory experience with D2C/E-commerce brands.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience in scaling campaigns with ROAS/CAC optimization.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta & Google.
• Manage full-funnel acquisition campaigns for E-commerce brands.
• Monitor campaign performance and improve KPIs.
• Coordinate with creative and tech teams for campaign execution.
• Share insights, reports, and growth recommendations.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Performance Marketer to join our performance marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing within the e-commerce domain. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for managing Strategy Creation, client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing
• Mandatory experience with D2C/E-commerce brands
• Strong expertise in both Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Experience in scaling campaigns with ROAS/CAC optimization
• Hands-on knowledge of Shopify (preferred)
• Understanding of GA4, GTM, Pixel & Conversion Tracking
• Strong analytical and communication skills
