Job summary

Memsahib Retail (opc) seeks a Performance Marketing & Social Media Executive (Fashion) to scale growth on Instagram and Facebook. You will own daily organic content and drive direct-response campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager from our Bangalore office.

The role requires 3–7 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience, a strong eye for visuals, and data-driven decision making. On-site work in Bengaluru is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience running Meta Ads and managing brand social accounts (Fashion).
• Ability to shoot and edit short-form direct-response video content independently.
• Understanding of ROAS, CPA, CPC, CPM, and funnel metrics.

Responsibilities

• Paid Ad Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize daily Meta Ads campaigns, tracking ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
• Creative Production: Script, shoot, and edit short-form video ads and promos using CapCut, VN, or Premiere Pro.
• Organic Community Growth: Maintain posting calendar on Instagram/Facebook and engage with comments/DMs.
• Promotional Campaigns: Plan and execute seasonal sales, product drops, and festive campaigns across paid and organic channels.
• Reporting & Insights: Review weekly performance in Meta Ads Manager and GA4, flagging fatigue and saturation.

About the Role:

We are hiring a high-energy Performance Marketing & Social Media Executive to drive growth across our Instagram and Facebook ecosystems. This role bridges creative execution with data-driven media buyingtaking ownership of daily organic content production (Reels, Stories, Posts) while running and optimizing direct-response ad campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Paid Ad Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize daily ad campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager (Instagram & Facebook), tracking ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion velocity.
• Creative Production: Script, shoot, and edit high-retention short-form video ads, reels, and promotional creatives using tools like CapCut, VN, or Premiere Pro.
• Organic Community Growth: Maintain an active posting calendar on Instagram and Facebook; handle audience engagement (comments and DMs) within target turnaround times.
• Promotional Campaigns: Plan and execute seasonal sales, product drops, and festive discount campaigns across paid and organic channels.
• Reporting & Insights: Analyze campaign performance weekly via Meta Ads Manager and GA4, identifying creative fatigue and audience saturation early.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads and managing brand social accounts. (Fashion)
• Proven ability to shoot and edit short-form direct-response video content independently.
• Practical understanding of core performance metrics: ROAS, CPA, CPC, CPM, and conversion funnels.
• Comfortable working full-time on-site from our Bangalore office.
