Job summary

Digi Sidekick is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Associate (Meta Ads) to own planning, execution, and optimization of Meta campaigns for D2C brands in Noida. You will manage large budgets, scale campaigns, and drive measurable ROAS and growth.

The role requires 2–4 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience, with proven D2C work and strong analytics to optimize targeting, creatives, and budgets. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing (Meta Ads).
• Hands-on experience working with D2C brands.
• Strong understanding of campaign scaling, audience segmentation, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to drive business growth.
• Manage high-budget advertising campaigns while maintaining efficiency and profitability.
• Scale campaigns by optimizing audience targeting, creatives, placements, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and overall account health.
• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and campaign structures.
• Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare actionable insights and performance reports.
• Stay updated with Meta platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.
• Work towards achieving client KPIs while ensuring consistent campaign performance.

• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, Conversion API, and Events Manager.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment.
