What You’ll Own

• Manage & scale paid campaigns on Meta + Google
• Drive profitable growth (not just ROAS) across multiple brands
• Work closely with CRO team on:
• Build a strong creative testing engine (UGC, hooks, formats)
• Track & optimize key metrics: CAC, MER, CVR, AOV

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years in D2C performance marketing (Shopify focused is a must)

• Hands-on with:
• Meta Ads Manager
• Google Ads
• Google Analytics 4
• Experience managing ₹50L+ monthly ad spends
• Strong understanding of funnel + conversion (not just ads)
