Job description

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth through performance marketing while executing broader marketing initiatives.

For the first year, you'll work closely with the Founder to understand the business, customer psychology, and the dealership ecosystem.

As you demonstrate ownership, reliability, and leadership, you'll have the opportunity to grow into Head of Marketing with full ownership of strategy, systems, and team building.

Success in this role will be measured by qualified leads, cost per qualified lead, SEO growth, and consistent execution of the marketing roadmap.

What You'll Do

Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta lead-generation campaigns.
• Generate qualified buyer leads, not just enquiry volume.
• Track CPL, lead quality, conversions, and campaign performance.
• Continuously improve ROI through testing and optimization.

SEO & Website Growth

• Own on-page, technical, and local SEO.
• Manage and continuously improve the company website (WordPress).
• Create and optimize landing pages for better conversion rates.

Brand & Marketing Execution

• Contribute to the overall marketing strategy alongside the Founder.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure brand building and lead generation grow simultaneously.

Content & Influencer Marketing

• Coordinate photo and video shoots with creators and vendors.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage influencer collaborations.
• Execute influencer campaigns from outreach to reporting.

Systems & Operations

• Help implement and manage CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Build better marketing processes and improve internal workflows.
• Professionally communicate with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and analytics.
• Experience generating measurable leads for a service-based business.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and marketing output.
• Ability to learn new platforms such as CRM tools and website management.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and take responsibility for outcomes.
• Mature, reliable, systematic, and execution-focused.

Schedule

6 days/week (Tuesday off)
