Responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly/quarterly digital marketing strategies and campaigns aligned to lead generation and business goals.
• Build the content plan and monthly content calendar, working with the content, design and video teams (you won't be writing content yourself).
• Manage SEO (including keyword, competitor and content-gap research) and Technical SEO.
• Plan digital campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and WhatsApp and optimize budgets and tracking.
• Develop social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
• Handle day-to-day website updates using WordPress and monitor website health.

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on digital marketing professional to independently manage our SEO, paid advertising, social media, website and lead generation. You'll plan and run digital campaigns, improve our visibility on Google and AI search tools like ChatGPT and Gemini, and turn that visibility into qualified leads and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Campaign Planning

• Plan and execute monthly/quarterly digital marketing strategies and campaigns aligned to lead generation and business goals
• Build the content plan and monthly content calendar, working with the content, design and video teams (you won't be writing content yourself)

Search Visibility SEO, AEO, GEO

• Manage SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and Technical SEO, including keyword, competitor and content-gap research
• Improve organic search rankings, website traffic and qualified leads through ongoing optimization
• Manage AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to improve visibility on AI search tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot, alongside Google
• Plan digital PR and backlink activities to build online authority

Paid Advertising & Lead Generation

• Plan, run and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube and WhatsApp
• Manage campaign budgets, targeting, keywords, creatives, landing pages and conversion tracking
• Run WhatsApp marketing campaigns for lead generation, follow-ups and promotions, including audience segmentation and performance tracking
• Track and improve key campaign metrics: CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, Conversion Rate and ROAS

Social Media

• Develop and manage social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube

Website Management

• Handle day-to-day website updates - pages, banners, forms, landing pages, blogs and basic SEO elements - using WordPress
• Monitor website health (broken links, forms, page speed, indexing) and coordinate larger fixes with developers

Reputation & Reporting

• Manage ORM (Online Reputation Management) - monitor and respond to reviews, mentions and brand visibility across search and social
• Track performance using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Ads Manager and similar platforms
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering targets, results, gaps and next steps
• Coordinate with content, design, video, business development, developers and external agencies to ensure timely execution

What We're Looking For

• 4-6+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO or performance marketing (agency background preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and lead generation
• Comfortable with AI search visibility and how brands get discovered on AI platforms
• Working knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML/CSS
• Experience building content strategy and calendars (not necessarily writing content)
• Strong analytical, communication and cross-team coordination skills
