As a Catalogue Performance Marketing Specialist, you will manage performance marketing campaigns across Metas advertising ecosystem, with a strong focus onproduct catalogues, dynamic product ads, audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion optimisation.
You will work closely with creative, product, ecommerce, and business teams to translate commercial objectives into measurable paid-media strategies. The role requires a strong understanding of campaign performance, catalogue structures, customer journeys, and data-driven optimisation.
You will be expected to continuously test audiences, creatives, products, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to improveROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and overall revenue efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manageMeta Ads campaignsacross acquisition, retargeting, catalogue sales, and conversion objectives.
- Manage and optimiseMeta product cataloguesand catalogue-based advertising campaigns.
- Develop strategies for Dynamic Product Ads and personalised product retargeting.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise budgets, bids, audiences, placements, and campaign structures.
- Analyse key performance metrics includingROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and revenue.
- Develop audience strategies across prospecting, remarketing, lookalike, and high-intent customer segments.
- Conduct structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, messaging, products, and campaign formats.
- Work with creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts, formats, and product-focused creatives.
- Identify underperforming products, campaigns, audiences, and catalogue segments and implement corrective actions.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with ecommerce, product, analytics, and business teams to align marketing activity with revenue objectives.
- Monitor customer and product trends to identify opportunities for catalogue growth and campaign expansion.
- Stay updated on changes to Meta Ads, catalogue advertising, attribution, tracking, and performance marketing best practices.
- Continuously experiment with new campaign strategies and optimisation approaches to improve marketing efficiency.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 4+ years of hands-on experiencein performance marketing, paid media, or digital advertising.
- Strong practical expertise inMeta Ads Managerand campaign optimisation.
- Proven experience managingcatalogue performance marketing, Dynamic Product Ads, and ecommerce campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Meta campaign structures, audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and conversion campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to manage significant advertising budgets and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and convert insights into optimisation actions.
- Excellent understanding of performance metrics such asROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate.
- Experience working closely with creative teams to improve ad performance through systematic creative testing.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce customer journeys and product-level performance.
- Ability to independently manage campaigns, prioritise opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a test-and-learn mindset.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with analytics, tracking, attribution, and ecommerce platforms is an advantage.
