Responsibilities

• Lead performance marketing across Google, Meta, affiliates, programmatic, and remarketing
• Own CAC, ROAS, and payback metrics across multiple acquisition funnels (app, web, merchant checkout)
• Build scalable playbooks for targeting, creatives, and audience segmentation
• Drive deep experimentation across creatives, funnels, landing pages, and bidding strategies
• Partner with product and analytics teams to strengthen event tracking, improve conversion, and reduce drop-offs
• Mentor juniors when required

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in performance or growth marketing with strong hands‑on channel expertise
• 2+ years of hands‑on performance marketing experience
• Strong command over Google Ads, Meta Ads, and mobile app marketing
• Experience with attribution, MMPs and event‑based optimization
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills with comfort using data tools
