Job Manifest HR Consulting is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager – Performance Marketing with 4–6 years of hands-on experience to plan, execute and optimize data-driven campaigns across key channels. You will own the performance portfolio, focus on ROAS and lead generation, and drive scalable growth for diverse clients.

The role emphasizes Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC and SEO, with GA4 analytics to measure impact and optimize spend.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4–6 years in digital marketing/ performance marketing.
• Experience with PPC, SEO and analytics is preferred.
• Strong ability to optimize campaigns for ROI/ROAS.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Generate leads through paid channels and improve ROAS.
• Analyze data via GA4 and report on campaign performance.
