Job summary

Squadra Media in Bengaluru is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn and other platforms, delivering measurable growth for multiple clients.

You will own budgets, optimise for ROAS and conversions, implement full-funnel strategies, and ensure accurate tracking with UTMs, pixels and GA4. Collaboration with creative and client services teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience in managing paid media budgets and multiple campaigns/accounts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of GA4, conversion tracking and attribution.
• Excellent communication and client-management skills.
• Prior agency experience is preferred.
