We're seeking a performance marketer with 3+ years agency experience (mandatory) to lead one of our performance marketing teams. Oversee a team of 2-4 associates, interns, and trainees on ops/reporting, while driving strategy, growth, retention, client meetings, escalations, and Meta/Google Ads mastery for your brand portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee campaign strategy, growth, retention, and performance across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms for your brand portfolio—ensuring scalable ROI and measurable results.
• Lead and mentor a team of 2-4 associates, interns, and trainees; delegate operational execution and reporting while fostering their skill development.
• Drive acquisition strategies, budget pacing, forecasting, and optimization to maximize client value.
• Collaborate with creative, content, strategy teams, and external stakeholders to craft high-impact ad assets and resolve escalations.
• Handle client meetings, reviews, presentations, and strategic discussions—translating data into actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B testing, deep-dive analysis, and performance reporting using tools like Google Analytics, GTM, Excel, and dashboards.
• Ensure flawless tracking setup (pixels, attribution) and stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and new tools.
