Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing ad budgets on both Meta and Google.
• Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, attribution, and conversion funnels.
• Comfortable with Google Analytics and similar tools.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale paid acquisition across Meta and Google.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaigns daily.
• Track and improve key metrics—CAC, ROAS, CPL, CTR, conversion rates.
• Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels.
• Analyze campaign performance and turn data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad content.
• Identify new acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
• Optimize user journeys and conversion rates.
• Build dashboards and maintain performance trackers.
• Work cross-functionally with product, ops, and leadership on growth initiative.
