Job summary

Fullstack Education in Gurugram seeks a growth marketing leader to own and optimize performance campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn, handling 1-3 Cr+/month budgets. This role emphasizes CAC and ROAS optimization and full-funnel acquisition strategies.

The successful candidate will drive experimentation, leverage data-driven insights, and collaborate with creative teams to improve campaign effectiveness in a fast-growing EdTech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance/growth marketing.
• Proven experience managing large-scale paid campaigns and budgets (1-3 Crores+ per month).
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads (Certification is a plus).
• Experience in EdTech / D2C / high-growth startups preferred.
• MBA from Tier-2 institutes (preferred).
