Job summary

vR Web Studios in India is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Expert with at least 1 year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. You will be responsible for campaign setup, targeting, conversion tracking, and optimization to drive quality leads and sales.

You will conduct keyword and audience research, monitor metrics, test ad creatives, and collaborate with creative teams to improve ROAS. A data-driven mindset and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of practical experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Good understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and retargeting.
• Experience with lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns.
• Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make optimization decisions.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
• Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API where applicable.
• Optimize campaigns for leads, sales, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Monitor campaign budgets, CPC, CTR, CPA, CPL, and other key performance metrics.
• Create and test different ad creatives, copy, headlines, audiences, and landing pages.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and reduce advertising costs.
• Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Coordinate with the creative and content teams to develop effective ad creatives.
