Spacewire Tech is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to drive growth across our mobile apps using Meta Ads and Google Ads. You will optimize campaigns, analyze data, and collaborate with creative teams to scale performance while maintaining cost efficiency.

You should be technically strong, data-driven, and able to work independently to improve install, retention, and revenue metrics. 1–3 years of relevant experience in app marketing is preferred, with a hands-on approach to attribution

• 1–3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience for mobile apps.
• Strong data-driven approach with the ability to optimize and scale campaigns.
• Proven track record in app install, CPA/ROAS improvement.
• Experience with Meta and Google Ads platforms.
• Familiarity with attribution, analytics, and deep linking.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns for app installs.
• Monitor CPI, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPM, CVR, ROAS, and LTV.
• Analyze campaign, audience, creative, placement, and funnel performance.
• Identify issues and make data-driven optimization decisions.
• Develop and execute scaling strategies while targeting CPA/ROAS.
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing of creatives and audiences.
• Collaborate with Creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Manage tracking, attribution, events, UTMs, and deep links.
• Analyze app funnel from Install to Revenue.
• Prepare performance reports with actionable growth insights.

About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage and grow our multiple mobile apps through Meta Ads and Google Ads . The ideal candidate should be technically strong, data-driven, and capable of independently optimizing and scaling campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns for app installs, purchases, and subscriptions.
• Monitor and improve CPI, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPM, CVR, ROAS, LTV, and retention .
• Analyze campaign, audience, creative, placement, keyword, and funnel-level performance.
• Identify performance issues and take data-driven optimization decisions .
• Develop and execute scaling strategies while maintaining target CPA/ROAS.
• Conduct continuous A/B testing of creatives, audiences, messaging, and campaign structures.
• Work with Creative & Content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and new growth angles .
• Manage tracking, attribution, events, UTM parameters, and deep links.
• Analyze app funnel performance from Install → Registration → Purchase/Subscription → Revenue .
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable growth insights .

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads .
• Good understanding of App Campaigns, app acquisition, purchase/subscription optimization, and scaling .
• Experience with Firebase / AppsFlyer / GA4 / Adjust or similar platforms.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets and data-analysis skills.
• Understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, deep links, and app events .
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing metrics and funnel analysis.
