• Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Understanding of lead-generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
• Good knowledge of campaign optimization, audience targeting, retargeting, and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversions, and other key performance metrics.
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and business objectives.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, keyword research, and campaign planning.
• Create and test different ad creatives, copy, audiences, placements, and campaign strategies.
• Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and marketing assets.
• Track and analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, tools, and best practices in digital and performance marketing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with overall business goals.

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling digital advertising campaigns while continuously working towards improving leads, conversions, ROI, and overall campaign performance.

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in Performance Marketing/Digital Advertising.
• Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Understanding of lead‑generation and conversion‑focused campaigns.
• Good knowledge of campaign optimization, audience targeting, retargeting, and budget management.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and reporting tools is an advantage.
• Good understanding of marketing funnels, landing pages, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

Preferred / Added Advantage

Candidates with prior experience in Real Estate or Healthcare/Health sectors will have an added advantage, particularly those who have managed lead‑generation campaigns in these industries.

Experience with high‑ticket lead generation, local targeting, sales‑funnel optimization, and conversion‑focused campaigns will also be preferred.
