Job summary

Neve Jewels Group is seeking a Paid Media Executive to support day-to-day execution of paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Bing Ads. The role focuses on campaign setup support, basic optimization, creative coordination, keyword updates, reporting, budget tracking, and performance monitoring.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, quick to learn, comfortable with campaign dashboards, and able to follow instructions from the Senior Executive or Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of paid media concepts and campaign objectives.
• Familiar with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Ability to follow campaign instructions and coordinate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns.
• Upload keywords, negative keywords, ad copies, sitelinks, callouts, images, and assets.
• Maintain search term reports and suggest negative keywords.
• Monitor spend, clicks, conversions, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and impression share.
• Update budgets, bid strategies, locations, devices, and audience settings.
• Support product feed and Merchant Center checks.
• Assist in Bing Ads campaign creation, import, and optimization.
• Check campaign status, disapproved ads, and budget limitations.
• Create and update campaigns in Meta Ads Manager; manage ad sets, audiences, and creatives.
• Monitor basic metrics (spend, impressions, CTR, CPC, CPM, leads, purchases, ROAS).
• Coordinate with design for new creatives and resizing; ensure approvals.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Role Summary

We are looking for a Paid Media Executive who will support day-to-day execution of paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Bing Ads. The role will mainly involve campaign setup support, basic optimization, creative coordination, keyword updates, reporting, budget tracking, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads & Bing Ads Execution

• Assist in setting up Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns.
• Upload keywords, negative keywords, ad copies, sitelinks, callouts, images, and assets.
• Maintain search term reports and suggest negative keywords.
• Monitor campaign spend, clicks, conversions, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and impression share.
• Update campaign budgets, bid strategies, locations, devices, and audience settings as instructed.
• Support product feed and Merchant Center checks.
• Assist in Bing Ads campaign creation, import, and basic optimization.
• Check campaign status, disapproved ads, low search volume keywords, and budget limitations.

Meta Ads Execution

• Create and update campaigns in Meta Ads Manager as per strategy shared by senior team members.
• Set up ad sets, audiences, placements, budgets, creatives, and ad copies.
• Upload banners, videos, reels, carousels, and catalog ads.
• Monitor basic campaign metrics such as spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM, leads, purchases, CPA, and ROAS.
• Pause underperforming ads as per instructions.
• Maintain daily campaign tracking sheets.
• Coordinate with the creative team for new ad creatives and resizing requirements.
• Check ad approvals, rejected ads, and policy-related issues.

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare weekly, and monthly paid media reports.
• Update Google Sheets / Excel trackers for campaign performance.
• Pull data from Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Bing Ads, GA4, and Looker Studio.
• Share basic insights on campaign performance.
• Coordinate with design, content, website, and product teams for campaign requirements.
• Maintain proper records of campaign changes, budget updates, and testing activities.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
• Understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, keywords, ad copies, and budgets.
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Ability to follow campaign instructions accurately.
• Basic analytical and reporting skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Experience Required

1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing / paid media execution.
