PROINFRA provides professional painting, deep cleaning and facility management services for residential, commercial and industrial customers. We are expanding our in-house digital marketing team to strengthen online lead generation and business growth.

Job Objective

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Executive who can independently plan, execute and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to generate qualified leads and improve marketing ROI.

The candidate will work closely with our in-house SEO and analytics team to improve lead quality, reduce acquisition costs and increase business conversions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Google Ads Management

• Independently create, manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and negative keyword optimization.

• Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, targeting and ad performance.

• Improve conversion rates and reduce cost per qualified lead.

2. Meta Ads Management

• Plan and execute Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.

• Develop lead-generation and remarketing strategies.

• Test different ad creatives, audiences, offers and campaign formats.

• Optimize campaigns based on lead quality and conversion performance.

3. Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Monitor impressions, clicks, conversions, cost per lead and campaign ROI.

• Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.

• Analyze campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements.

• Coordinate with the SEO and analytics team to evaluate lead quality and sales outcomes.

4. Lead Generation & Business Growth

• Develop targeted campaigns for painting, deep cleaning and facility management services.

• Generate relevant enquiries from homeowners, apartment associations, builders and commercial property owners.

• Optimize advertising campaigns for PROINFRA's operational service areas.

• Work with the sales and COA teams to understand lead quality and improve conversions.

5. Reporting & Accountability

• Prepare weekly campaign performance reports.

• Track advertising expenditure and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

• Maintain campaign documentation and communicate optimization plans.

• Take ownership of campaign execution and performance improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.

• Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

• Experience managing lead-generation campaigns.

• Good understanding of keyword research, audience targeting and campaign optimization.

• Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.

• Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-driven decisions.

• Good Excel or Google Sheets skills.

• Strong communication, analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Experience: Real estate, construction, painting, home improvement, facility management or other local-service businesses.
