Job summary

Team pumpkin is seeking a motivated Performance Marketing Executive to join the marketing team in Bengaluru. The role requires hands-on experience in paid media and a data-driven mindset to drive customer acquisition and growth.

You will execute campaigns across SEM, Display, Social, and Affiliate channels, optimize budgets and bids, and collaborate with Creative, Content, and Sales to achieve KPIs. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media roles.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and other paid channels.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools including Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid channels (Search, Display, Social, Affiliate).
• Support development and implementation of strategies focused on customer acquisition and retention.
• Monitor daily campaign performance; optimize budgets, bids, creatives, and targeting to meet KPIs.

• Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid channels, including Search (SEM), Display, Social Media, and Affiliate Marketing.
• Support the development and implementation of performance marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition and retention.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets, bids, creatives, and targeting to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for performance improvement.
• Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Creative, Content, and Sales, to ensure campaign alignment with business goals.
• Conduct A/B testing on advertisements, audience segments, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing.
