Role Overview

We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Executive who can run high-impact campaigns across Google, Meta, Twitter, and emerging ad platforms, while also contributing to broader marketing initiatives. This is an on-site role with our core team in Bengaluru, ideal for someone who wants to own acquisition end-to-end, experiment boldly, and learn fast in a startup environment.

You’ll report directly to the Growth & Marketing Lead, and collaborate closely with the founders, design, and product teams.

What You’ll Do

Performance Marketing

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (FB/IG), and Twitter Ads.
• Experiment with and scale campaigns on LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, and other emerging channels.
• Own the full-funnel strategy—ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
• A/B test audiences, creatives, and messaging to improve CTR, CAC, and ROI.
• Set up campaign tracking, reporting, and performance dashboards.
• Stay on top of ad platform updates, competitor campaigns, and fintech/SaaS trends.

Other Areas Of Work

• Support product launches with cross-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, X, newsletters, communities, PR, Product Hunt, etc.).
• Create and maintain marketing collateral—case studies, landing pages, and one-pagers required for any campaigns.
• Run growth experiments (SEO, partnerships, affiliates, community initiatives if required).
• Work closely with the marketing team to align paid efforts with organic and product-led growth.
• Pitch in wherever needed—we’re a lean, fast-moving team that values initiative.

What You Bring

• 1+ years of hands-on experience running performance campaigns (Google, Meta, or similar).
• Familiarity with newer ad platforms like LinkedIn, Reddit, or Quora is a plus.
• Understanding of key growth metrics—CAC, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and LTV.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with campaign dashboards or analytics tools.
• Excellent copywriting and creative instincts for ad storytelling.
• A test-and-learn mindset— you don’t assume, you experiment.
• Bonus: Experience marketing to SaaS founders, indie hackers, or fintech users.
