Job summary

Growify Digital in Delhi is hiring a Performance Marketer to independently manage and grow campaigns for our portfolio of luxury fashion and e-commerce brands. You'll own campaign strategy across Meta, Google and other paid platforms.

The role requires agency background, hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads, and the ability to manage multiple brand accounts independently in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Agency background and performance/digital marketing agency experience is a must.
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking; comfortable with ROAS and revenue metrics.
• Experience managing multiple brand accounts independently.
• Mid-level experience in performance marketing, ideally with luxury, fashion or D2C brands.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, troubleshoot underperformance, and report on results
