Job summary

Alliance International Consulting Firm seeks a performance marketing specialist with 4-5 years in real estate/lead-gen to drive digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and native networks.

You will optimize GA4 analytics, build marketing dashboards, and manage lead flow from generation to conversion while coordinating with sales and stakeholders across multiple cities in India.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years hands-on experience in performance marketing (real estate, BFSI, or D2C/lead-gen background preferred).
• Proven, hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, Native Ads including real estate portal advertising.
• Strong working knowledge of GA4, Excel, and marketing dashboards.
• Understanding of the real estate sales funnel, from lead generation to booking.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
