Job summary

Maskoid Technologies in Vadodara is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketer who can independently manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for multiple clients. You will handle Google Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube and Remarketing, and coordinate with content and design teams to improve creatives and landing pages.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube and Remarketing campaigns.
• Manage Facebook and Instagram lead generation and conversion campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, search term analysis and negative keyword management.
• Monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS and overall campaign performance.
• Manage campaign budgets and make regular bid and budget adjustments.
• Analyze campaign data and identify areas for improvement.
• Create and test different ad copies, audiences, keywords and creatives.
• Monitor search terms and ensure irrelevant traffic is controlled through negative keywords.
• Set up and check conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and share actionable insights.
• Work with the content and design team to improve ad creatives and landing pages.
• Manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously.
• Stay updated with Google Ads and Meta Ads platform changes and best practices.

Maskoid Technologies is a digital marketing agency based in Vadodara, working with clients across different industries and markets. We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer who can independently manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta.

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong practical knowledge of Google Search Ads and Meta Lead Generation campaigns.
• Good understanding of keyword research, match types, negative keywords and search term reports.
• Experience with campaign optimization and budget management.
• Understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate and ROAS.
• Basic to good knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand campaign data and take optimization decisions independently.
• Experience handling multiple client accounts will be an advantage.

Who We Are Looking For

• We are looking for someone who is hands-on with paid advertising, not someone who has only theoretical knowledge of digital marketing.
• The candidate should be comfortable working directly inside Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager, analyzing campaign performance and making optimization decisions.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any relevant field.
• Google Ads / Meta certifications are an advantage but not mandatory.
• 1–3 years of relevant hands-on experience preferred.
