Role Summary

The Performance Marketer will work closely with the Data Analyst to transform case studies into digestible and compelling publishable asset. This role will focus on enhancing client-facing assets and presentations by incorporating data in a way that is easy to understand and impactful, without overwhelming the non technical audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Turn technical insights into content for non-technical audiences.
• Work closely with the Data Analyst & the CSM team to weave data and benchmarks into publishable assets.
• Take responsibility for all automated sequence outreach for relationship-building, targeting multiple client levels (Onsite to Marketing).
• Publish case studies to showcase the impact of Hyly’s work.
• Improve client-facing assets to present data in a compelling, story-driven, and user-friendly manner.
• Ensure that all content is optimized for maximum impact and clarity, making complex data easy to understand.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• At least two years of experience in B2B SaaS content creation.
• Strong understanding of Data and the ability to simplify complex ideas for non-technical audiences.
• More than 2 years of experience in content strategy, particularly with case studies.
• More than 6 months of experience in Canva.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Qualifications:

• A good visual sense to ensure cohesive interaction between copy and design elements.
• Proficiency in Notion.
• Multifamily experience
