Job Title: Content Marketing Specialist

We’re now looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to help accelerate growth and elevate brand presence. You’ll partner with our Growth Marketing Manager to craft compelling content, execute campaigns, and engage our community across multiple channels.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation

Write and produce long-form blog articles, short-form educational content, guides, whitepapers, lead magnets, infographics, and videos.

Social Media & Community

Manage and grow our LinkedIn community and other relevant platforms.
Schedule posts, engage with followers, and track industry conversations.
Support our brand positioning and thought leadership efforts.

SEO & Reporting

Assist with SEO activities including link building, keyword research, and citations.
Monitor KPIs such as CTRs, open rates, and lead quality.
Track competitor and market trends in financial wellness and benefits tech.

CRM & Lead Generation

Support lead generation campaigns and maintain CRM hygiene.
Assist with automation workflows.

Event Support

Help coordinate webinars, virtual events, and activations.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in B2B content and/or growth marketing (fintech, SaaS, wellness, or insurtech strongly preferred).
Strong grasp of digital marketing and tools like HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics, Notion, or LinkedIn Ads.
Excellent writing and communication skills for a professional audience.
Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on data.
Creative, resourceful, and self-motivated.
