Qualifikationen

• 3-4 years hands-on experience in performance marketing with measurable results; lead generation experience is a must.
• Graduate in any discipline; a marketing or digital marketing specialization is preferred.
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools (GA4, Looker Studio or similar).
• Understanding of funnel strategy, attribution and budget allocation.
• Analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers and reports.
• Good communication skills to work across design, sales and management.
• Nice to have: experience in real estate, hospitality or high-ticket lead generation, and familiarity with CRM lead tracking.

• Plan, launch, manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), with Google Ads and other platforms as needed
• Own the paid funnel from targeting and creatives to lead follow-up and reporting
• Manage ad budgets and track ROI, cost-per-lead (CPL), CTR, CPC and conversion rates
• Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, audiences, landing pages and placements
• Build and refine audiences (custom, lookalike, interest-based, retargeting)
• Set up and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversions API, lead forms and conversion tracking
• Coordinate with the design team on ad creatives and with the sales team on lead quality and feedback
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear, actionable insights
• Stay updated on platform changes, ad policies and best practices in real estate and hospitality marketing

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan and run paid campaigns that generate quality leads for our property listings and hospitality projects.
