Upyogaa is seeking a Performance Digital Marketer in Gurgaon for full-time in-office work. The role involves running ads across Meta and Google, collaborating with creatives to drive online sales and optimize campaign performance.

You will test creatives, landing pages, and audiences, while leveraging analytics to improve CAC, ROAS, and CPC in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Must have B.Tech or Marketing degree from a recognized tier-1/2 institute.
• Prior Digital Marketing experience preferred.
• Ability to run ROI-positive paid campaigns and scale profitably.
• Hands-on with Meta, Google Ads and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid marketing across Meta, Google Ads and other platforms.
• Coordinate with creative team to produce ad creatives.
• Optimize CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC; test creatives and landing pages.
• Experiment with performance-led influencer marketing and affiliates.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and fast-paced execution.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with teams.
• Identify innovative products for the brand.

What Youll Do

This is a full-time In-Office role for a Performance Digital Marketer in E-commerce located in Gurgaon. The Digital Marketer will be responsible for running ads for the brand's products & increasing online sales of the brand. The Digital Marketer will work with the creative team to create visually appealing ad creatives that align with the brand's vision and mission

• Lead paid marketing efforts across Meta (Sales campaign on Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Performance Max, Shopping Campaign), and other platforms.
• Should have knowledge of video editing of Ads, creative making
• Optimize campaign performance using key metrics like CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC
• Continuously test creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve performance
• Explore and experiment with performance-led influencer marketing, affiliates
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Finding innovative products for the brand

Requirements

• Must have: B.tech degree from Tier 1/2 Institute/ Marketing degree/ Similar professional degree from Tier 1/2 University.
• Prior Experience in Digital Marketing will be preferred.
• Problem Solving, Decision making, Communication skills are required
• Are confident running ROI-positive paid campaigns and scaling them profitably.
• Have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics and tracking tools.
• Combine analytical thinking with creative instincts.
