Job summary

TechXR Innovations is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketer to scale customer acquisition and e-commerce sales across Meta and Google. You will execute, monitor and optimize paid campaigns, collaborating with creative and marketing teams to boost ROAS.

The role requires 2-4 years in performance or digital marketing, hands-on Meta Ads and Google Ads experience, and strong analytical skills to optimize CPA, CTR and funnel metrics. You will report insights and stay ahead of platform changes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing or digital marketing experience.
• Experience with D2C/E-commerce or OTT is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide data-backed feedback to creative teams.
• Familiarity with GA4 and campaign attribution.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR and other key metrics.
• Manage and optimize campaigns based on budgets and performance targets.
• Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, ad copies and campaigns.
• Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with the Creative Team and provide feedback on ad creatives, hooks and messaging.
• Coordinate with the content/design team to develop performance-focused creatives.
• Track the complete funnel from ad click to website to conversion.
• Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights.
• Stay updated with changes in Meta and Google Ads platforms and performance marketing trends.

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer who can help us scale customer acquisition and e-commerce sales across Meta and Google.

Role Overview

As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for executing, monitoring and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across Meta and Google. You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to improve ad performance, drive conversions and achieve strong ROAS.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns.

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
• Experience in D2C, E-commerce, B2C or OTT is preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Good understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CVR and funnel metrics.
• Experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with creative teams and give data-backed creative feedback.
• Good understanding of GA4 and campaign tracking/attribution.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
