Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM consultant with hands-on expertise and upgrade experience to join our team in India. The role focuses on implementing and upgrading PeopleSoft HCM modules and ensuring integration with Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Time & Labor.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on HCM skills, experience in at least two upgrades (preferably v9.2), and strong proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and App Designer to

• Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HCM.
• Involved in minimum 2 PeopleSoft HCM upgrades (v9.2 preferred).
