Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Consultant with hands-on expertise and upgrade experience to join our India-based team. The role requires deep knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Time & Labor, and Talent Management, along with strong skills in PeopleTools and related development tools.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on project experience, contribute to upgrades, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust HCM solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HCM.
• Involved in at least two PeopleSoft HCM upgrades (v9.2 preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Time & Labor, Talent Management.
• Proficient with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Query, and App Designer.
