Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking a People Services Learning Operations Lead to manage learning and development operations, lead a team, and ensure policy compliance across HR Services.

You will oversee transactional L&D processes, drive improvements, mentor the HR Services team, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver training and guidance.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in HR Services operations, strong communication, proficiency with HR systems, and data fluency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Over 6 years' experience in HR Services operations, preferably within L&D or HR Services startups.
• Strong communication skills with meticulous attention to detail and a customer-service mindset.
• Deep understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and process improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
• Proficient with HR systems such as Oracle, CSOD, Workday, SuccessFactors, or SAP, and experienced in using HR ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts) and comfortable working with data sets.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or above (advantageous)
