Fairmont Pune is seeking a People & Culture Manager – Colleague Relations to shape an exceptional colleague experience by partnering with hotel leaders on employee relations, engagement, recognition, and culture. You will be a visible, approachable presence driving Fairmont's culture of care and hospitality.

You will coach leaders, lead investigations, and drive engagement initiatives while ensuring compliance with local employment laws and Fairmont standards to support outstanding guest

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in HR or People & Culture, preferably in hospitality.
• Proven success supporting employee relations and coaching leaders.
• Excellent communication and trust-building skills.
• Discretion handling confidential matters.
• Organized, solutions-focused in fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about engagement and culture.

Job Duties Include

• Build strong relationships with colleagues and leaders through a visible presence across the hotel
• Serve as a trusted partner on employee relations, workplace concerns, and team success
• Coach leaders to create engaging, inclusive, and high-performing teams
• Lead investigations, conflict resolution, attendance, and performance management processes
• Drive colleague engagement, recognition, and culture-building initiatives
• Lead Employee Engagement Survey action planning and continuous improvement efforts
• Use colleague insights and workforce trends to enhance retention and engagement
• Ensure compliance with Fairmont standards and BC employment legislation
• Help create an exceptional workplace experience that supports outstanding guest experiences

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Human Resources or People & Culture experience, ideally within hospitality or a service-focused environment
• Proven success supporting employee relations and coaching leaders
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust at all levels
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential matters
• Organized, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operation
