Job summary

Fairmont is seeking a People & Culture Manager – Colleague Relations to shape an exceptional colleague experience. You will partner with leaders on employee relations, engagement, recognition, and workplace culture, while maintaining a visible, approachable presence across the hotel.

Key duties include building relationships, coaching leaders, leading investigations and performance management, driving engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with standards and employment legislation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• HR or People & Culture experience, hospitality preferred.
• Proven success coaching leaders and handling employee relations.
• Excellent communication and ability to build trust at all levels.
• Discretion with confidential matters and sound judgment.
• Organized and solutions-focused in fast-paced operations.
• Passionate about engagement, culture, and colleague experience.

Responsibilities
