Job summary

Accor in Mumbai is seeking a Heartist-focused Talent & Culture professional to join our team. You will build strong relationships with colleagues and leaders, acting as a trusted partner on employee relations and workplace concerns, while coaching leaders to foster engaging, inclusive, high-performing teams.

You will lead investigations, engagement initiatives, and action plans from surveys, using insights to improve retention and overall guest experiences. This role is full-time onsite.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in HR or People & Culture, ideally within hospitality or service-focused environment.
  • Proven success supporting employee relations and coaching leaders.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build trust at all levels.
  • Sound judgment and discretion handling confidential matters.
