Job summary

Force Motors in Pune seeks a PDC Production Supervisor with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in PDC production. You will monitor process parameters on machines, manage die loading/unloading per norms, and ensure production targets are met with efficient manpower use.

Collaborating with quality, maintenance, and utilities, you will uphold safety and housekeeping standards (1S-2S) and support production planning.

Basic knowledge of heating cooling units. Basic knowledge of Vacuum assist die casting process.
