This hands-on role is for someone with 2–3 years of PCB testing experience who will work to build deeper telecom electronics expertise under an experienced Sr.

Hardware Test Engineer. Responsibilities include testing PCBs, diagnosing faults, and maintaining precise test records in line with ISO 9001 and RDSO/IRS

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on PCB testing experience.
• Able to read circuit diagrams and schematics.
• Comfortable using multimeters, oscilloscopes and basic test jigs.
• Exposure to telecom electronics or DTMF-based systems is a strong plus.
• Good attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Carry out incoming, in-process, and final testing of PCBs and telecom hardware modules as per defined test procedures.
• Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, and test jigs to verify circuit functionality and identify faults.
• Perform basic fault diagnosis on PCBs; escalate complex repairs to the Sr. Hardware Test Engineer.
• Support testing of DTMF-based telecom hardware and power supply modules under supervision.
• Record test results, rejections, and observations accurately for quality and production tracking.
• Follow RDSO/IRS-aligned test checklists and ISO 9001 documentation practices.
• Flag recurring faults or quality issues for root-cause investigation.
• Assist with testing during new product trials and pilot batches.
