Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma / BE/BTech / BSc in Electronics or related field.
• Freshers welcome; 0–3 years experience.
• Knowledge of PCB testing and hardware validation.
• Hands-on with test instruments like multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Ability to read schematics and diagrams.
• Basic soldering and desoldering skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn in fast-paced R&D environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing and validation of PCBs and electronic hardware.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware issues using testing equipment.
• Operate Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies, and other test instruments.
• Read and interpret circuit diagrams, schematics, and PCB layouts.
• Perform soldering, desoldering, and basic hardware rework when required.
• Record test observations and maintain testing documentation.
• Identify hardware defects and assist in resolving technical issues.
• Work with R&D and Production during testing and validation.
• Ensure testing is carried out according to quality standards and procedures.

About the Role
